Dear Esteemed Members of Gulshan Club,
Warm greetings to you and your families. I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits.
As we approach the Gulshan Club Election 2025–26, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all Past Presidents and Directors. Their dedication, vision, and tireless service have shaped our club into what it is today. I remain deeply thankful for their contributions.
Since joining Gulshan Club, I have sincerely aimed to serve our community. I had the honor of serving as a Director (2023–2025), overseeing Maintenance, Fire & Safety, Press & Publication, Interclub Relations, and Laundry. I have also contributed through roles such as Member of the Press & Publication Committee (8 years), Editor-in-Chief of The Gulshan, Convenor of Publication & Inter-Club at Gulshan Club Olympiad 2024, and Member of the Billiards & Snooker Committee (3 years).
Professionally, I serve as Chairman & Publisher at Lecture Publications Public Limited Company and Omicon Group. I am also recognized by the Government as the National Individual Highest Tax Payer for two consecutive years (FY 2018–19 and 2019–20). These experiences have strengthened my sense of responsibility, dedication, and service—qualities I consistently bring to my role at Gulshan Club.
My wife, Doyal Akter Dola (Member: PD-20), and I, along with our three sons, consider Gulshan Club our second home. We actively participate in its various activities and deeply value the bond we share with this community.
In addition to Gulshan Club, my social and cultural commitments extend to active memberships in several other esteemed institutions, including Army Golf Club, AEEA (American Club), Banani Club, Uttara Club, All Community Club, Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club, Dhaka Boat Club, Gulshan North Club, and Purbachal Club. Being a permanent resident of Gulshan North for the past decade, I proudly call this neighborhood my home.
I also wish to acknowledge my fellow candidates in this election. Each of them carries a genuine intention to serve the club. I sincerely hope that the future President will provide opportunities for all who are eager to contribute to the progress and well-being of Gulshan Club.
If you kindly entrust me with your valuable vote once again, I pledge to continue working with humility, honesty, and full dedication toward the betterment of our beloved club.
